We have many designers to choose from in the Front Range, but the only one I completely trust and wholeheartedly recommend is Jessica’s Blinds Couture. She is truly exceptional and stands behind her work 100%. She did all of our new window coverings when we renovated a few years ago. She spent time with us in our home giving us advice on what to choose, and was available after installation to answer questions on how to use them. The blinds are perfect and we would choose them again today. Jessica checked in with us recently and when I mentioned that one blind wasn’t working properly, she sent her wonderful installer Juan to fix it! Friendly service but execution was not great. Specifically, not all blinds arrived when expected. Additionally, the motorized blinds were misordered (with an extension cord) and then not functional upon installation. (contractor issue instead?) Although issues were eventually addressed, it was a long process and we had to rely on temporary paper shades after insisting on having something as a minimum.

Occasionally, one encounters a business that operates seamlessly. Blinds Couture is such an example, and we are incredibly grateful for our experience with them. Before discovering Blinds Couture, we were struggling to envision the perfect aesthetic and conceptualize suitable fabrics and hardware for our windows. We had also learned from another curtain fabricator we earlier approached that their policies prevented them from working directly with homeowners, as they only communicated with interior designers. Blinds Couture stood out from the rest. President and owner Jessica Works is an expert professional window designer and fabricator. One in-home consultation with Jessica transformed our design process. She attentively listened to our needs and desires, taking note of our existing furniture and fixed elements. She promptly translated our visions into a comprehensive plan. This resulted in a unified and sophisticated look that adhered to our budget. It was a relief to be freed of this daunting design task and then experience the effortless transformation of our entire home’s windows, from fabrication to installation, in just a matter of weeks! The Four Seasons experience of shades buying. We worked with the owner (Jessica) and from the beginning to the end we enjoyed working with her. We purchased our first house and needed to put shades on 20+ new windows, with no prior experience doing so. Because of this, we wanted to work with an expert, so we avoided online and big box stores. Looking for something locally owned was challenging when every storefront seems to be exclusive with Hunter-Douglas (HD). Despite the supposed high quality of HD, we weren't impressed with their shades. Enter Blinds Couture, which offers other options like Norman. (Please never go exclusive with HD - choice benefits the consumer so much.) Jessica was very attentive to our needs and concerns during the initial in-home consultation and afterwards. We really appreciate how candid she was on where we could save costs, helping us with choosing shade types, colors, etc. Pricing was fair and the installer did an amazing job. Really happy with our Norman shades! We enjoyed the experience so much we had her come back to do another couple of windows after we finished a project that added some. She went above and beyond in our interactions and made our experience a very pleasant one. We highly recommend anyone in the market for shades go here.

Blinds Coutoure has a variety of wonderful products that exactly fit my needs. The sales representative, Susan Rood, was so kind and helpful. We had to special order some solar shades for our outdoor area. They worked seamlessly with the company to make this happen. The day they were hung, three strong people came to help Chris hang them. Chris, Susan and and the whole team were wonderful. I lost my home in the Marshall Fire. They gave me a discount and helped me put the finishing touches on my new home. Wow, wow, wow. Kylee at Blinds Couture helped me choose blinds for our third floor. I had no idea how many different options there are and the pros and cons of each. We had an excellent experience with Jessica and her entire team setting up window treatments for our newly built house. First she walked us through what to expect with working through the process and got us honed in on an appropriate starting price point that we could modify from as we worked through the plan and selections. She helped put together a comprehensive design plan for the entire house, including the finished basement that allowed us to achieve the desired outcomes for each room but keep a consistent feel across the house. We went complicated with a mixture of shades (motorized and manual), drapes and shutters. Installs happened a bit faster than expected which was an added bonus. During install the team noticed a few things they were not happy with coming from the manufacturer, so they arranged fixes before we were even aware there were flaws. The end result has been absolutely fantastic. We love the window treatments in every room and are so happy with the overall design across the house. I can not recommend Jessica and her team enough, do not hesitate work with them, you will be happy you did. Their service and final product is top notch.

Several months ago I asked Jaclyn to design and install window treatments for my new house. The best decision ever! I shared with her my vision for each room and she nailed it. The materials she selected as well as style work perfectly in each room. We just completed the install and everything is exactly as I wanted. From blackout draperies to automated shades Jaclyn was there every step of the way, including during the entire install process. She also followed up several days and weeks later to make sure everything was working properly and if I was still happy with it. I can’t say enough great things about Jordan and Blinds Couture! I am very indecisive and Jordan came out not once but twice to help me decide what blinds were going to be the best for our space based on budget and the aesthetic we wanted. She even had me come to the showroom when she knew I wasn’t sure on the options. The communication was great throughout the process, Jordan understood my wants, was an expert and really helped guide me in the right direction. I love the finished product! Blind Couture had so many options, and we went with the grass weaves wood wovens (in Cancun white) and I could not be happier! The installation did tear at the edges and Jordan made sure we had them replaced and reinstalled as soon as possible. Kenny was amazing as well, and made sure we were happy with the placement. Top of the line customer service. We’ve used other companies in the past, and they don’t compare with the quality or level of service provided here. We needed window treatments in almost all of the rooms of our new home. Krista came to our house with samples, and good suggestions. She didn't give a blanket suggestion for all of the rooms. Instead, she took into consideration what would look good and meet the functional needs in each room. Her suggestions were great. She introduced us to a product that we didn't even know about. We purchased that product for a few rooms, and we love them! Her color and fabric suggestions were great too. The delivery and installation time was reasonable, especially considering this was during COVID, when everything seems to be backed up. There was one chain that came in in a different material than the others. Krista recognized it right away, and ordered a new one (it's already been installed).There was another chain that needed to be re-ordered, due to a measurement issue, but again, it was recognized immediately, and addressed (we are still waiting on the replacement, but feel confident that it will arrive, soon). We did not end up ordering window treatments for all of our windows, as we are waiting to determine what our needs will be in those rooms, but we had such a good experience that we will order again from Blinds Couture, when we are ready. We also referred them to a friend, this week, because we feel confident that she will have a good experience too.

Exceptional experience from start to finish! As soon as I made contact for a quote, Jordan quickly scheduled an in-home measurements and an assessment of my needs. She brought samples as well as knowledgeable recommendations to fulfill my needs. I paid 50% deposit to initiate the ordering process, was kept in the loop of status and was given prompt installation date. I did not catch the installers name, but he was prompt, polite and knew his job. We came to Blinds Couture for updating our broken blinds throughout the house. Jessica and her friendly staff worked with us to help us decide what product would better fit our needs for each of the rooms. Blind Couture understands that blinds are part of the look of the house and each room requires different products to meet a certain look, feature and cost. For example, we selected blackout blinds for the bedrooms, higher end fabric blinds for our family room and kitchen. Blind Couture has access to most of the products on the market from high end to low end and really helped us decide, via an in house consultation, what product we needed for the entire house. We were able to preview all the selected products in their local large showroom to add confidence that we were buying products we would be satisfied with. Only few weeks after we ordered all our blinds, their friendly pro installer came to remove all the old broken blinds, install all the new blinds and verified they all fitted perfectly. Jessica followed up during that process to make sure all questions were answered and that the products quality met expectations. As a result, we have brand new blinds throughout the house, different in style to meet each room requirement, but still following a common style. We are extremely happy with the products, service and consultation we have received from Blinds Couture and would recommend to anybody who is looking to update their house look.
