How the in-home consultation works in Denver
A Blinds Couture in-home consultation in Denver typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. A senior designer comes to your home with fabric, hardware, and product samples, reviews each window for light, view, and privacy needs, measures every opening, and discusses motorization and smart-home integration. You receive a written proposal within 3 to 5 business days. Consultations are complimentary and there is no obligation to purchase.
Bring inspiration photos, paint or fabric samples from the room, and a sense of priorities (light control, privacy, energy efficiency, motorization). A floor plan helps for larger projects. If you are working with an interior designer, architect, or builder, invite them or send their contact information so we can coordinate.
Yes. We can begin with a 30 minute virtual consultation by video to scope the project, or you can visit our Denver showroom at 590 Quivas St., Floor 2, IDC Building, Monday through Friday. Most projects still require an in-home measurement before fabrication.
From the in-home consultation, expect 1 to 2 weeks for proposal approval and ordering, then 3 to 8 weeks of fabrication depending on product and brand, then 1 to 3 days for professional installation. A typical custom blind or shade project runs 5 to 8 weeks total. Custom drapery and motorized projects run 7 to 12 weeks.
