Denver Motorized Shades
Motorized Window Shades in Denver
Hunter Douglas PowerView, Lutron Serena, and Somfy systems. Battery, hardwired, or solar power. Scenes, schedules, and full smart home integration.
Automation that actually fits your home
Motorized shades belong on the windows you cannot easily reach, the rooms you want to wake up gently in, and the south and west exposures that punish Denver furniture all summer. Blinds Couture specifies the right power method, hub, and fabric for each opening so the system works on day one and keeps working five years later.
What we install in Denver
- Hunter Douglas PowerView roller, roman, cellular, and shading lines with the PowerView Gen 3 hub.
- Lutron Serena and Sivoia QS shades that integrate cleanly with Caseta and RA3 lighting systems.
- Somfy motorized roller and roman shades for budget conscious whole home rollouts.
- Rechargeable lithium battery wands, hardwired DC power, and solar charging strips depending on the opening.
- Scene programming for sunrise, dinner, theater, and away modes through Alexa, Google Home, or HomeKit.
- Tall stairwell and great room openings, including motorized skylight and clerestory shades.
Designed, programmed, and supported locally.
Your designer maps every motorized opening at the in-home consultation, then our employed installer programs the hub, sets your scenes, and walks the homeowner through the app on install day. We do not subcontract automation work. If something needs adjusting six months later, the same team comes back.
Motorized shade questions Denver homeowners ask
How much do motorized shades cost in Denver?
Motorized shade pricing typically runs 30 to 60 percent above manual versions of the same fabric and size. Whole home automation projects scale with the number of openings, hub integration, and power method. We quote in writing after a measure.
Do motorized shades need to be wired?
No. Most of our installs use rechargeable lithium battery wands that last one to three years per charge, depending on usage. Hardwired and solar charging options are available on new construction and remodels.
Can motorized shades work with Alexa, Google, or HomeKit?
Yes. Hunter Douglas PowerView, Lutron, and Somfy all integrate with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit through their bridges or hubs. Your designer will specify the right system for your existing setup.
Which brand of motorized shades do you carry?
We are an authorized Hunter Douglas Centurion dealer and also install Lutron Serena and Somfy systems. Each platform has different strengths for scenes, scheduling, and integration with other smart home gear.
