Warranty Request

IMPORTANT:

In an effort to avoid service fees, our warranty team will attempt to support you via phone, or by sending you video links that can also help repair the potential problem without a service call. If a warranty specialist is needed on site after 30 days past install, a service fee of $200.00 will be charged.

• Warranty assistance is available exclusively for window coverings purchased through Blinds Couture. For products purchased elsewhere, please reach out to your original dealer or the manufacturer directly.

• For shade repairs and restringing services, we recommend contacting Blindsmith in Arvada, Colorado at (303) 467-7969.
